It's kind of customary on this and other forums to introduce yourself so we know who the person is.
Could you please give us a little more information, about yourself, your interests, your machining background, this project, what kind of CAD drawings (format) etc. etc. etc. etc.

Sorry -my mistake - it is corrected :)

I got access to CNC machines - by friend - and would like to build the engine - perfectly that it wil lbe in dwg file - that I could scale up/ down for my need.

Project is for my PUB.

Try contacting CAD-JUNG in Germany. They sell CAD/CNC drawings for their line of engines, in many configurations, from single cylinder, to V-10...bar-stock construction.

But to clarify (unless Jung has changed their offerings recently), they only sell paper hardcopy plans & parts list details, not the native electronic 3D cad files themselves, which is the norm. You would have to re-create the parts & assemblies dimensionally in your favourite 3D cad program for CNC. I'm not a cnc guy but did buy the 5-cyl engine plans & re-drew them in 3D, seemed perfectly accurate & sufficiently defined.

I have drawings for a V-twin engine that the build was posted on this forum. I can supply them as PDF files as I do for anyone who purchases them. They are complete but dimensioned in inches. Let me know if you are interested.
