Well me and my co worker started to design and machine a 4 cylinder dohc on the cnc. Some of its based off a k-20 some is improvements and some is from scratch and seeing what works. I have the block set up and it started to mill the contour today but I could only put a couple of hours on it. I will try to take some pics to share later. So far started with a 2.375" x 4.250" x 2" aluminum block and a 1/2 two flute hss end mill. working on a good cooling system but still got some time. well later days I will keep every one posted.

Here is the block so far haven't had much down time in the shop yet and then I had to move it around on the cnc table so I may just cut the gasket out and finish drillling and facing then see about milling out the inside with a nice rampped area for the crank. I'll keep working when I can and try to tale more pics when cutting and all

May have a thought on an air cooled system dealing with small tubing drilled holes a couple of flow regulators and a co2 canister from a paintball gun might be able to maintain cooling for a decent time frame but still working on it
