    You could try the outer sheath of an old electric immersion heater, it's normally stainless steel - and pre bent to quite a tight radius at the ends and straight lengths as required for further small bends as needed. The double loop type are better and you can get 4 or 5 pipes made up.

    It sounds to me like you have no air vent in your fuel tank, - or it is blocked. As you suck fuel out of the tank it creates a vacuum and starves the carburettor

    Fairbanks 80HP 3 Cylinder Model

    I have just completed a 3 cyl. 4 stoke, O-head cam engine of my own design, but I am experiencing quite a lot of viberations, - its reving at some 9200 r p m. on a 16 x 8 master prop , ( 10 cc per cyl.) - 30 cc. My fireing order is 1 - 3 - 2. I am just wandering what is the fireing order...
