Hi Gus, The engine is a V-Four for R/C in a boat. The plans were in Model Boats by Peter Arnot, from PT 1 Feb. 1993 to PT 11 Dec.1993. This series describes a V-4 together with a suitable vertical and horizontal boiler. Back numbers of M/B with the articles may be available E-Bay -etc. If not...

Tin, I am thinking of the BallAero18 IC engine. I have no mill but have a vertical slide and think that would do. I have the plans for the Mills 1.3 and the build info (Model Engine Builder Vol.1). I would love to build the Mills but think the BallAero will be a good one for a start in IC...
