My Kinner K5
Hi guys. I am from South Africa and want to start working on my Kinner from the same plans as Greg. Problem- I can not get hold of the screws/bolts/nuts for the engine. Can any of you help with names of suppliers or a way I can import them?

Thank you for the compliment, I took data from all over the internet and compiled my cwn drawings. Modified design slightly in order to make it practical for modelling without castings.

I am also interested in the formulas to work out the cutter paths. In the meantime I built a "copy a master cam" type of camgrinder which gives exelent results.
I built this engine from scratch. No castings. Problem with pistons, the aluminium expands to much. If I increase play the pistons become to loose. I used 6068 aluminium, what should I use. The bore is 40.5mm and the sleeves are centrifugally casted cast Iron.
