Yes, 40mm is what i need. I ran standard steel springs and the cylinder bore is worn-out now , loosing compression.

According to this paper...http://www.aa1car.com/library/ar293.htm... only flaky graphite cast iron ( = pearlitic lamellar ) piston ring are allowed in standard grey cast cilinders ( witch is also flaky graphite ). So , one may not use ductile (or nodular ) piston rings or steel piston rings...

French car maker PEUGEOT has also patents on a water cooled radial bi rotary ( 1975). Yet another drive mechanism, not a conventional radial one and not my balanced one. http://www.google.de/patents?id=3Eg8AAAAEBAJ&pg=PA2&source=gbs_selected_pages&cad=3#v=onepage&q&f=false It looks also very...

    Radial Bi Rotary Engine

Yes 7 cylinders , according specifications . If they use a conventional radial drive mechanism, then this is the remake of the old mawen-bi-rotary engine, in my 3 inlet 3outlet configuration. Wonder why they use 2 sparks next to each other. http://www.enginehistory.org/TM/htm/tmv6n1.htm

    Radial Bi Rotary Engine

I think, my penny has dropped ( as we say in flemish ). Acceleration is the Differential equation of velocity witch is the Differential equation of motion. The Differential equation of the Differential equation of a perfect sinus is a sinus. A crankshaft motion is practically a sinus. Because it...

    Radial Bi Rotary Engine

First I have to create a oil problem there. I'll try to explain. Piston Rings :The three main functions of piston rings in internal combustion engines are: 1. Sealing the combustion chamber. 2. Supporting heat transfer from the piston to the cylinder wall. 3. Regulating motor oil consumption...

    Radial Bi Rotary Engine

Don't think so. 2-stroke piston springs will always scrape oil into the ports, not meeting emission regulations. Detroit two stroke diesels are no longer in production, i think. Junkers , Napier-Delta and Rootes were building such opposed piston engines. Long time ago at high school, i played...
