I have been building solenoid motors since 1982. I have been credited for creating a new genre in the model engineering hobby mixing old world designs using new technologies and techniques. Solenoid motors have been around for well over a hundred years. I came up with a few new models mixing some older gas engine speed regulation designs to make these rather simple motors more complex.
