    HMEM account secuirty?

I got this email yesterday. I did not initiate this. The IP address isn't from my ISP's range. (I did not use the link that was provided.) Do I need to be concerned that my HMEM account has been compromised, or am I fine? Thanks, Bill >Dear Bill, > >This mail was sent because the 'forgot...

    Chemical Tap Removal

It will work - and you'll save your hard work. A blind hole would take longer than a thru hole. As long as you continue to see those bubbles the process is continuing to dissolve the tap. It's a matter of choice whether to watch until the bubbles stop streaming from the hole (at which point all...

    Chemical Tap Removal

Sam, I agree with Techonehundred: this should be done on a stove, keeping the temperature of your solution very near boiling (or at a gentle boil), and keep it that hot the entire session. Once the solutions is hot, you should see a stream of tiny bubbles emanating from the broken tap. The...

    Chemical Tap Removal

I don't have links to the other posts, but I recently used alum to remove three #4-40 steel screws that were silver soldered in brass about 1/4" thick. The holes were "through" holes. DRO Question

Like Jadecy, I bought a 3 axis Easson DRO unit & glass scales from DROpros (dropros.com) about a year ago. I'm just a noob, but I've been very happy with the unit so far. I haven't spoken with them since the purchase, but they were friendly, and willing answer all my noob-type questions.

    Rotary Table

What I meant to add: 5 deg per turn would equate to 72 turns of the crank for a full 360 degrees. A 1:72 ratio. Bill

    Rotary Table

    Maybe I'm missing something, but isn't 10 deg/450 divisions = 1 min 20 sec per division? One turn = 5 deg/225 = .02222 deg/division or 1' 20" converted to DMS format. Bill
