I think you’d be doing well to get outside US territorial waters in one of those. Perhaps if you put cans in the back and passenger seats. Refuelling while afloat might be challenging.

I believe there are some folk engaged in transatlantic pharmaceutical transport who may be able to help. You might even get a free passage if you play your cards right. I don’t think they offer return fares.
