Nice looking castings but 3000 GBP, over $5K Cdn. Ouch. Steve copy that number and paste it into the search window in Ebay. Be aware that the computer might think its a phone number so you might have to make sure the number doesn’t have a tel: suffix or something.

Yeah, you are a UK person, however, so you probably hit the www.ebay.co.uk site. If you are stateside, you'll get www.ebay.com and it isn't there. Only 6 hours left, though, so it is academic.... I have to say that those are some of the coolest castings I think I've ever seen. It sure is cute! I'd dearly love to have it, but it is a chunk of money and would be years before I could feel confident making that engine. But, man! Is it cool. What an awesome project it would be!

NM on my other post.... clearly you found the thread I was thinking about... LOL. Funny though. I was partially right in that the Merlin was here. I didn't realize it was something that referenced an eBay listing though. But, in some ways, this might still work out for you. Although the listing has long since expired, there is a decent chance that it never sold. The problem, of course, is how to find the seller. To that end, you might be able to get more information through one of the pricing engines, such as "WorthPoint". If they save the entire listing, then you might be able to see the seller, and if they have a current listing, you could contact them that way. If they don't, it can be problematic, because I don't know if eBay has any other way of contacting a seller (i.e. through a current listing). And, of course, you have to be careful about how you approach the seller. EBay has strict rules. But, you can probably ask them to list the engine again with a buy it now, assuming it hasn't sold.

Anyhow, best of luck with your search.
