I have that very tap. I have in the past had people send parts to be tapped. If you want to send the part and pay the freight back I'll get the threads in there for you.

A little out of the box but if memory serves me that’s not all that uncommon thread in gunsmithing

I did find one on the net for $54 but out of stock.

Dave can you not single point cut the thread or if just cleaning an old one up make a simple tap?
