Default A rather rare large Pultra 1590

I have a Pultra 1590 lathe it came with the original four jaw chuck, three jaw chuck c/w five sets of jaws, two face plates, the Mardrive to suit but only two collets.
Information for this lathe is rather limited and I hoped that somebody might be able to help me with the following:-
The thread for the draw bar on the collets?
The thread for the studs/bolts holding the chip tray to the bench?
One of the collets has a center in it can this be removed?
I think I have added some pictures.
Ken

Ken-
If they are buttress threads, they are probably "D" collets, .394 dia x 1mm pitch. They are used on similar machines like Derbyshire and Levin. If they are conventional threads, they are a special Pultra thread, .388 x 1mm pitch. Info from DeCarle, "The Watchmakers' Lathe".
Regards,
Bob

Hi Bob

Thanks for the reply.

The 1590 lathe uses 20mm collets after the style of the Schaublin W 20 collet.

One of the collets I have takes 2 morse taper attachments.

It is of90mm centre height and will take 15" between centers the bed is 31" and the chip tray is about 3' long it makes the 1750/70 look small.
Took two of us to carry it!
Ken
