I look forward to seeing this come to life. 10% volume is about 46%scale. That's fairly large! At this size you really can include some tech if you desire. When you're done you can put it into a sled or quad.

I'll have to agree that even if you intend to sell a set of plans, GD&T is intimidating to most who will buy them. It's mainly to achieve part interchangeability. Rarely will a set of model engineering prints call a tolerance of any kind, only fits where required.
