Default Two forum subjects, what's the difference?

In the Showing Them section of the this forum, there is a forum for Project of the Month and A Work in Progress. Those two make sense to me.

The other two, Finished Projects and Photos and Videos, I don't understand. What's the intended difference between the two?

Anyone in power have some insight?

...Ved.

I think the idea is to show competed projects in the Finished projects section whereas in the Photos and Videos section may contain pics of workshops, Machinery and progress etc.
