Brian, I wondered about the valve guides and creating the valve seat in the aluminum. The press in valve guides that I like are the ones on the Howell V-Twin. They incorporate the valve seat at the bottom of the valve guide. Dont forget to drill holes thru the new valve guides for the intake...
BlueJets: I'm trying to order your V2 pcbs at JLCPCB. When I upload the gerber file, I get the attached files. Do I select Panel by JLCPCB? 2 row and 2 columns? Looks like JLCPCB wants to put 5 pcb on each panel.
Thanks,
Jerry
Hi TinkerJim,
As far as tubing, I used what was specified the 1.312 OD x 1.072 ID for the power cylinder. I like the leather cup because its something we would of had back in the day. I'm interested in your offer for the leather cup.
Thanks for the gasket material part number. Amazon...
Hi TinkerJim,
Thanks on where to buy the bearings. They arrived today.
My next question is the flexible leather cup seal. Do you have a good source for the seals?

Hi Jim, I have the Book Moriya Major coming in two days. I had never heard of the Moriya before, but what a cool working build to have in the workshop. I would be interested in your material offer. I would also pony up some spare change if needed.
Thanks, Jerry
Looks really good. When I wind springs, If I need 4 springs, I wind them all at one time. That way there all the same and you just cut them apart.

Progess was the only model I received without dimensions. But Mrpete22's video were great on teaching me some techniques. I also enjoy Mrpete22's sense of humor.
