It will get better as it runs and things settle in. Mine has been running for 8 years now, and
just keeps getting better. Let it run for a while and then try to tweak it. I have mine firing
about 3-4 ...

Great show, but a few observations.I saw only 2 small 7' X 11" signs for the back two exhibit

Use a 2 fluted end mill! The center of a 4 fluted end mill doesn't cut, and as your bringing
the curve of the work piece up to the cutter the tips don't cut the center. That's why you can
